I didn't expect the quality and cool options. Very nice padding, including on strap, which is easy to adjust. The dial to adjust size is as good as I have had on really good hard hats, although they do wreak havoc on long hair. I can pull my hair thru above the dial for a pony port. Love the blue, especially haven dolled it up by outlining all of the elongated teardrop vents and ear vents with diamond dust (super-fine glitter). Bitchin.'
